The Facebook page has been created and my friend and fellow photographer at TBSOPA is working on marketing materials. Yikes! I’m excited!

Baptized
Yesterday was a roller coaster. And at the end of the day I received some really sad news and some great news.
My happy news was learning that my image "Baptized" won one of the spots to be displayed on the LED screen outside the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts until the end of August!!! I'm super excited about this!!!
Not Your Father's Art Show II
I'm sharing again....oh no. I'm sharing again.
This will probably be our last group show at Studio 617.
Lina is giving us a lot of space for this one. Come to downtown Clearwater this Friday between 5 and 9 p.m. The sidewalk sale will be happening down the road, as well. Shop, hang out, and have a glass of wine. I'm assuming there will be music on the street, too. Parking garage is across the street to the north of the studio. :)
Photographic art from 21 of the Tampa Bay Society of Photographic Artists.
I'm very excited!
Silliness
We had a great time last night at our new exhibit opening at Studio 617. Thank you to everyone that came out! :)
Tonight's Exhibit Opening
Come by tonight if you're out and about. :)
Our next exhibit opening at Studio 617 in downtown Clearwater!
Shop, meet these talented artists, see Lina's awesome fashion creations, and have a glass of wine with us. If you can't make it to any of our openings and still want to see the exhibit, you can call the studio and schedule a tour with Lina (727 409 3604).
I will have four pieces in this mixed media show.
At the end of the block they will be having the downtown merchant's sidewalk sale with music and food vendors, as well. The street will be closed and there is loads of parking available.
Exciting!
Lina from Studio 617 was interviewed today on ABC's Morning Blend. Pretty thrilled that my piece and name were included in the interview. :)
I'm so proud to be a member of Tampa Bay Society of Photographic Artists and able to take part in the exhibits at Studio 617. :)
Tomorrow is the Heat show!
Also.....
Tonight! :)
Blast Friday...our exhibit opening, live music, and vendors. The street is closed and there's loads of parking.
I think the Fabulous Thunderbirds are playing.
Come join us for a glass of wine and art.
Good Morning!
Good morning Instafriends and Facepeeps! :)
Tonight is the charity art show in St. Pete.
I'm very proud to have a piece accepted for this event. All proceeds go to Planned Parenthood. :)
Some fresh air to start the day! :)
Tonight! Yay!
Music in the street, vendors and there's loads of parking. We'll be hanging out at Studio 617. It'll be interesting to see the interpretations for the theme "Kaleidoscope" by the participating artists. It was a challenge for me.
This is taken from the page for the Facebook event. :)
🎶 "hello...
hello...pleased to meet you"
I've decided to add a new page under "Fine Art Photography Exhibits" and hope to have that ready soon.
I don't know why I didn't think of this before. Wish me luck.....technology....! :)
My brother wanted a picture of my with my work from our opening last night at Studio 617. As you can see, I don't like being in front of the camera. :)
Almost Ready for the Show Tomorrow. :)
My picture of my frames may be cooler than my pictures for the exhibit...haha
Friday, February 24th at Studio 617 in downtown Clearwater 5-9 pm....come join us for the opening! :)
"Worlds Collide"
I'm going to be in a new month long exhibit at Studio 617 in downtown Clearwater with some other artists. The show's opening is this Friday night from 5-9. Very cool place and a parking garage nearby. They have appetizers and wine, really neat clothing that she designs, and of course....some pretty great art. ;).
Friday night is also Clearwater's Blast Friday so it's a fun night to he downtown. I hear John Waite is performing for a blast from the past.
I hope to see some of you there! :)
I also have an image at the "For the Love of Art" show at Bar@548 in St. Petersburg that began February 11th and continues on for the month. It's a bit dark in there to see, but I'm still happy to get to participate. :)
Personal Time.... :)
For being someone that's fond of documenting events, I don't do very well at the exhibits. I did get this guy, though Jim Miller is one of the badass photographers that's joined the group. Interesting dude, talented and funny.
He has a photography book for sale on Amazon called "The Sofa Diaries" that I recommend checking out.
My apologies for my blurry phone pic.
p.s. The show is up for a month at Bar@548 in St. Petersburg. :)
I have new headlights and they're beautiful. :)
They aren't blue in person. They were reflecting my clothes and the sky. The old ones looked awful. They were cloudy and yellow. These are so sparkley. I wish I had a picture of how ugly the old ones had become.
Pop. :)
Dark Moments Art Exhibit
Sooooo...we had our opening for the show last night. I hadn't mentioned it on here before, but I had the honor of having one of my photographs selected to be included with these talented photographers. I'm so proud! :) The show is at Creative Soul Studio in St. Petersburg and I think it goes for a month but I'm not clear on that. Lots of cool "dark" images. :)
