He's kind of young and hasn't decorated for the holidays yet this year. Kind of like me....except for the young part.

Saw this guy a couple of mornings ago. And while I couldn't sleep I looked up how to escape an alligator/crocodile. The zig-zag thing is a myth because the large alligators only run up to 10 miles per hour so an average human can outrun one.
A couple I met out running the other morning said their friend came across one on the sidewalk where I run before dawn and mating season is about to arrive.
There are several tips but the main one was to stay away. :)
p.s. I never like to hear that someone has been responsible for killing one. So don't feed them!
