The news has been rough, especially seeing what hurricane Harvey is doing to Texas. Appreciate what you have and donate where you can. The American Red Cross does a lot for people, as well as local Texas organizations.

When I grow sick or old please place me out under the sky, for dying on the inside is much more painful than decomposing on the outside.
